Your Den needs You!

The success of the scouts in Geneva is down to the hard work and effort of parents who give up  some of their time to make sure that the den and pack events all run smoothly. We are always looking for willing volunteers to help out so if you would be interested in helping. (with any of the following roles), then please contact your den leader or send an email to the webmaster .

1. Winter Weekend Coordinator: (for 2008)

Winter weekend is now moved to 16-18 March at Kandersteg. We need someone to with good organisational skills to take the bookings, order the meals, and do the room allocations. All files from last year are available. It will require 15-20 hours, spread over the course of a month.

2. Re-charter for September 2007 registration.

We need someone to check the Pack Roster against the records at TAC as of 1st December. This task should be completed before 20th December. Requires access to a computer. Should take 2 hours.

3. Badge Co-ordinator

To manage the ordering and distribution of badges, noting which cubs have or have not received theirs yet.

4. Den Co-ordinator

To organise the dens, respond to questions from the den leaders and to communicate Pack information to all dens.?

5. Quarter Master

To look after and maintain supplies for the pack (excluding badges, see Badge Co-ordinator)
